A moving and storage leader for more than 25 years, PODS offers flexible, personalized solutions tailored to our customers’ unique needs. When PODS pioneered portable storage in 1998, we introduced the world to a new way of thinking about moving and storage, with unlimited time, control, and flexibility. Today, PODS provides residential and commercial moving and storage services in the U.S., Canada, and the UK. The PODS network has completed more than 2 million long-distance moves and over 7 million initial deliveries. Whether it is a long-distance or international relocation, across-town move, or renovation project, PODS provides customers with a personal moving and storage team ready for any situation.

Susan Jacobs: Chief Revenue Officer
Susan Jacobs is an accomplished marketing and revenue management leader with proven experience in driving brand growth, enhancing customer experience, and improving revenue performance. Before PODS, she served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for a late-stage insurance technology startup, where she built and scaled the marketing department to drive brand awareness and loyalty. Susan also held senior leadership roles at Hertz, where she served as global brand leader for more than $3 billion in revenue across the U.S. and UK.

Laureen Druker: Chief Human Resources Officer
Laureen Druker has more than 36 years of human resources experience across professional services and corporate environments. She joined PODS as a Senior HR Business Partner and advanced through several leadership roles, including Director and Vice President of HR Operations, where she oversaw HR operations and talent acquisition. Prior to PODS, Laureen held senior HR roles at McKinsey, where she built deep expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations.

Lori Baggett: SVP, Chief Legal Officer
Lori Baggett brings extensive experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management. The former Division I basketball player joined PODS as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, where she oversaw regulatory compliance, business strategy, contract negotiations, and operational policies and procedures. Before joining PODS, she spent 17 years at Carlton Fields, ascending from associate attorney to managing shareholder.

Rich Schwartz: SVP, Corporate Operations
Rich Schwartz brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across transportation, trucking, and logistics. Prior to PODS, he served as Vice President of Engineering and Corporate Operations at Estes Express Lines, where he led network capacity planning, freight flow optimization, and enterprise technology initiatives. Earlier in his career, Rich was Executive Vice President at Lakeville Motor Express, where he helped lead a significant cultural and operational transformation focused on performance and efficiency.

Jeff Concannon: SVP, Enterprise Operations
Jeff Concannon has built his career at PODS, advancing through a series of finance and operations leadership roles of increasing responsibility. He began as Assistant Controller and went on to serve as Director and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, Vice President of Finance, and now Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations. Prior to joining PODS, Jeff held leadership roles in accounting and auditing at organizations including Teradyne and Deloitte.
