Here’s how it works: On your scheduled date, your PODS driver will deliver your container to your home in the morning. You'll have at least three hours to load your belongings once the container is delivered. After three hours have elapsed, PODS will return to pick up your container. If you're moving locally and are ready to move the container to your new location right away, we'll take it to your new address. If you're moving your container a longer distance, we’ll store it at one of our +250 Storage Centers, prior to transporting your container to your new address.

If you have multiple containers, you can still take advantage of Priority Scheduling Options and choose the delivery window for each container. Priority Scheduling offers you the flexibility to move one container while keeping the others at your home or driveway.

If you purchase Express Service but are unable to finish loading your container within the provided time, don't worry. Contact our Customer Care Team at (855) 706-4758 to schedule another pickup time.
Requests for rescheduling must be arranged through our Customer Care Team. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability. By calling us as soon as possible, we're better able to accommodate your request for your reschedule.
Please note that service fees will still apply if sufficient notice is not given, as our routes are planned based on your Express Service request.
