Scheduling and Delivery Terms and Conditions

 

PODS values its customers and strives to attain the highest standards in the industry.  When customers’ expectations are not achieved, PODS will do what it can, within reason, to address the situation.  However, PODS makes no guaranty or assurances regarding the planned time of pick-up or delivery of any storage container.  If PODS is unable to meet the anticipated service date, a Moving Specialist will reschedule for the earliest available day.

Under no circumstances will PODS be responsible for failed or interrupted deliveries or pick-ups of a storage container based upon any of the following: 

  • inability to perform the service as a result of an obstruction in the delivery area 
  • delivery site not suitable for placement of the container in accordance with PODS’ requirements
  • failure in completing and processing any forms required by PODS such as PODS’ rental agreement, cross-border forms, and any other government-related forms
  • failure to obtain any required permit for placement at the location
  • container not ready for pick-up, i.e. properly secured with a lock required for pick-up or unlocked and empty required for final pick-up
  • unforeseen situations outside of PODS’ control, including, but not limited to, inclement weather, labor shortages, routing disruptions (e.g., heavy traffic congestion) and vehicle accidents.

    PODS reserves the right to modify and update the scheduling and delivery terms and conditions set forth at any time.
